Privacy Policy
This policy describes what Hart Vintage collects, why, and how we treat it. We try to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your name (from Sign in with Apple if you allow it), email, and the handle you choose.
- Marketplace activity — listings you save, dealers you follow, offers you make, conversations you participate in.
- Vault data — instruments you catalog privately, with the documents you attach.
- Photos — only those you upload to listings, authentication requests, or the vault.
- Device data — basic crash diagnostics and aggregate usage metrics.
2. What we don’t collect
- We don’t track you across third-party apps.
- We don’t share personally identifiable data with advertisers — we run no ads.
- We don’t sell your data.
3. How we use it
Account and marketplace data are used to operate the service — show you the right inventory, route your offers, surface authentication results. Photos are used for listings and authentication only. Crash data is used to fix bugs.
4. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from inside the iOS app under Profile → Delete Account. Your profile is masked immediately and all associated data is removed within 30 days. To request deletion via email, contact privacy@hartvintage.app.
5. Reports and moderation
If you report content, your identity is shared with our trust team only. We act within 24 hours on confirmed violations. You can also block other users at any time — blocked users cannot see your activity and you don’t see theirs.
6. Children
Hart Vintage is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. International transfers
Our backend runs on Supabase + Stripe + Resend. Your data may be processed in the US and EU. We use standard contractual clauses where required.
8. Changes
If we make material changes we’ll surface them in-app before they take effect.
